My first outing with my SL2 that has been sitting in the safe for the last eight months since I bought it and I decided to start with a manual vintage lens😀

How are you using this lens on the SL2? Which adapter are you using if I may ask?

The adapter is from Urth. I have a couple of their adapters and they have all been excellent quality with a nice fit.

I have been playing with the lens as much as possible, but it has been a busy year for me so not much time to find it’s niche, but it is a wonderful lens, as you can see from @frame-it pictures in the thread.

For the particular picture above, the glacier in the background left looks pretty close - maybe a few miles away. It is more like 15-20 miles. The field behind my truck is 3-5 miles. I love the deceptive feel of the vast distance it captured.

I also love that you can see my adventure dog Finn behind the windshield.
