tonyniev Posted August 2, 2017 Share #1 Posted August 2, 2017 Advertisement (gone after registration) In 1968, my mom gave me a second hand Leica she found in a camera store. I used this camera until the 80's, in the early 1970 it was the main camera, by 1976 it was the scond camera to a Nikomat SLR, it either had a color negative or transparencies for lides. Here are some images scanned from old prints from India. The scan still shows the little lens sharpness.
Advertisement Posted August 2, 2017 Posted August 2, 2017 Hi tonyniev, Take a look here Leica I owned and used since 1960 - with some scan of old prints from India. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
skucera Posted August 6, 2017 Share #2 Posted August 6, 2017 Fun camera with fun memories. It's a shame the color faded in your slides, because they do look sharp. Scott

schattenundlicht Posted August 10, 2017 Share #7 Posted August 10, 2017 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) can you tell me how to contact, thanksThere is an entire thread on this forum, dedicated to this question: https://www.l-camera-forum.com/topic/127326-repair-specialists/ although the bloglist it refers to does not seem up do date ( https://www.l-camera-forum.com/leica-news/leica-repair-specialists/ ). Being located in Europe, I cannot give you first hand advice on repair facilities in the US, but Dan's recommendation seems to be a good one as there are numerous favourable comments on Youxin Ye's work.
