This appears about five seconds after I turn it on. Is there any thing, other than sending it to New Jersey that I can do?? I have received zero help from the v-luxury section. prk60091 Posted July 25, 2017 Share #2 Posted July 25, 2017 (edited) I do not have your camera (never have). To troubleshoot I would first get a fresh SD card. Sometimes that is all it takes. I would also take battery out of camera for 1 minute or more and then put in fresh SD Card and then put fully charged battery and cross fingers. But before shipping to New Jersey, a call to them might generate some advice other than "send us the camera". They may have heard of the problem before and have a miracle remote fix.
