Anyone switch from SL 24-90 to R 28-90 M10

I have owned the SL since new. Work requires a good range zoom, but I use M lenses otherwise. I've grown a bit tired of lugging it around, has anyone switch to a M10 with the 28-90 R? Besides autofocus, any other major pros or cons?

I keep my M10 purely with M primes. My choice is to leave zooms to my SL that offers AF. I've even resisted buying an EVF for my M10.

I had the SL (alongside an M240) and came back home to the M10. This made sense as I could never justify dropping so much cash on the SL lenses - beautiful as they might be...

With the M10, I do use the R 80-200 f4 from time to time, but I frankly wouldn't bother with a short zoom on the M10 - it's not really the ethos.  I suppose a WATE could make sense (I know that Jono) swears by it, but my experience is that when I'm working in a considered way, swapping lenses isn't an issue, and when I need rapid change from longer to wider, it's much easier to work with two matched bodies. 

As things are I reserve my 5D3 for zoom (24-70 / 70-200 L series f2.8) for those projects when I really need it, and use primes on the M10 for the great majority of my work.  The only exception is the R 80-200 f4 which I'll take with me on photo documentary trips as an alternative for when I need close-cropped shots and don't want to lug the DSLR.

I need a short zoom like the 28-90 for work. I'd only use it at work and then the rest of the time it's M lenses. That my dilemma with the SL and why I'm thinking of a M10. I could may get away with a tri elmar 28,35,50, but I may be lacking at times. I am curious if anyone has used the R 28-90 on the M10 yet.

For the money - and if you only need it for one job, why not use a DSLR (you can get used Canon 5D2's for peanuts) plus a used 24-70 - the MkII offers excellent IQ for low cost.  Then put your real money into the M10...  I continue to mix a DSLR for a small number of jobs + an M system for the great majority of my work.
