Interestingly enough they say it will be released in the Leica T mount. I have a similar item in the Voigtlander Heliar Anniversary 50 mm f 2.0 lens.. also in brass. Just gorgeous and a pleasure to use.Rickhttps://www.dpreview.com/news/6964323012/photographer-duo-reinvents-emil-busch-s-1910-glaukar-portrait-lens-on-kickstarter https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1154014220/beautiful-1910-emil-busch-glaukar-31-anastigmat-le Welcome, dear visitor! Volbeat Posted July 20, 2017 Share #2 Posted July 20, 2017 That really is beautiful. I'm very tempted.
CharlesL Posted July 22, 2017 Share #3 Posted July 22, 2017 The defining goal would seem to be "homogenous transfer [transition] from sharpness to the more fuzzy areas." Sharpness at the center and pleasing bokeh in the out-of-focus area (a personal judgment) are preliminary. The crowning achievement is indeed a smooth transition from sharp to blurry. I presume that with Kickstarter, you rely completely on trust - no legal obligation, no recourse no matter what happens. Am I wrong?
Ingo Posted July 22, 2017 Share #4 Posted July 22, 2017 On Kickstarter you buy a pig in a poke.
