OK, some M10 EVF/LCD confusion...

Yes I have read the manual, but like most manual reading for me I seem to come away knowing a little more about things I didn't need the help on and somewhat less on what I needed to know......so I thought I'd ask the "experts".

I just got the EVF for my M10 and I am trying to set it up so I can shoot using the EVF and review on the LCD by pressing PLAY when I need to look at a frame. I don't want to have Auto-Review on at all, only needing the LCD to come on when I press Play.

Is this possible, and if so what are the settings?

By the way, the EVF is markably better than the M240 / EVF combo'.

Ok, one more thing. Is it possible to turn off the Auto exposure compensation in the EVF or the LCD when you use the exposure compensation / thumb wheel adjustment? I know you can see +/- in the regular viewfinder but when I use the EVF and the LCD it auto=compensates and that's something I find less than useful. I need to see what the image will be if I choose to over/under expose.

And yes, I fully admit it, I'm rubbish with Manuals!

That is well understood but remember a high proportion of 'user manuals' are not of much use.
