For over sixty years she worked there and could talk for hours with you about how the situation has changed over the years (she actually does... talks for hours!). Today, the main argument has been the ferocious dissemination of rudeness among people and, frankly, she has found fertile ground as I am strongly intolerant about any lack of respect.
