MEB Posted July 2, 2017 Share #1 Posted July 2, 2017 Advertisement (gone after registration) For those looking for an add-on screen protector for your new M10 I would like to make a recommendation. For the second time, I have tried and been disappointed with the Leica brand "screen foil." I do not like the glare reduction surface. It seriously reduces the ability to see fine detail either in live view or on shot review. I have now applied a product called "Expert Shield." This is the second time I have fallen back on this product after disappointment with the Leica protector (who was it who said Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result?). This is an English company and the product comes in clear and anti-glare forms. I used the clear. It went on perfectly; no dust or bubbles and after it was applied you must look very closely to see that it is there. I bought it on Amazon.com for exactly 1/2 the price of the Leica film. Bill W Posted July 18, 2017 Share #3 Posted July 18, 2017 I bought the Expert Shield off Amazon. Really easy to install and as MEB states, it is hard to even see if it is actually on there.
