graeme_clarke Posted June 22, 2017 Share #1 Posted June 22, 2017 Advertisement (gone after registration) Leica SL 24-90, both at 90mm, f16. Tripod. IS off. Taken on 19th June 2017. Cropped from full frame to 1200px on long side. Found on the floor of a disused Magnesian Limestone quarry in Co Durham, UK . Weather in North east England has been cool with little rain. Perhaps a little early as only a few specimens seen and all were small. There were many Common Spotted and Early Purple Orchids too, so perhaps this is a good year for them. Welcome, dear visitor!
