Repainted M2 or black chrome M4?

Another option is to have your M4 repainted or to buy an chrome M2 and have a repaint (and a CLA)

I have a chrome M2 on its way to me and have been considering a black repaint job.

cameraworks-uk has caught my attention; have any other members used this company? any feedback / photos

I haven't had work done by Cameraworks but have seen a couple of examples of their work and it looks very good. They key thing is that they remove chrome and nickel plating as part of the process, unlike many eBay sellers of repainted cameras.

Yeah they look the business. Their price (with a CLA) is not too steep either.
