junbobby Posted June 14, 2017 Share #1 Posted June 14, 2017 Advertisement (gone after registration) HI. I was playing with my Q last night and noticed images taken with higher ( faster) speed shutter showing black stripe. I didn't use flash. and used both center spotted and area metering. Is this normal or something wrong with the camera? I'm very concerned about this. thank you in advance. Welcome, dear visitor! kismetsky Posted June 14, 2017 Share #2 Posted June 14, 2017 Fluorescent or LED lighting frequency (the lights flicker at high speeds to achieve a certain brightness). It's being captured by the higher shutter speed. It happens on all cameras.
