Improved viewfinder may be prt of the anwser since that seems to improve the focussing :0) To answer this question then: I don't own an M240 or a variety of it, but M9 and M10. Having seen many M240 photoos here, two characteristics of the M10 seem to me worthwhile for M240 owners: better color and very interesting/beautifull grain/noise in higher ISO's from 800 up. Especially at 3200 for me the images have a special artistic trait. So the higher ISO is nut only usefull in low light but has more possible applications.
