I had the 'black line' issue last week. Today I received a special FW from Leica  to fix it. It solved the problem after some test shots in the dark and High ISO.

Still more testing today.

Might I suggest replacing testing by taking photographs? After all, it is what the camera is intended for.

Good to hear that so many are satisfied with their M10.  Most of you seem to 'come' from M9.  What's the advantages for us having a M(240)?

Good to hear that so many are satisfied with their M10. Most of you seem to 'come' from M9. What's the advantages for us having a M(240)?

Ability to see and focus better, better color, improved weather sealing, ISO dial, slim like film M, no video, etc.... just nicer in many small ways, which cumulatively result in a better experience.... for me, anyway.

 

Both cameras are fully capable of terrific pics. Some will care about and value the differences; others will not.
