Andreas Braun Posted May 14, 2017 Share #2 Posted May 14, 2017 Is there a way to charge the leica d-lux externally? I mean during shooting by cable? Thanks Unfortunately not. The only way is by inserting the battery into the charger (p. 20 of the manual). Andreas
DavidE Posted May 17, 2017 Share #3 Posted May 17, 2017 Hi, I haven't tried this myself but suggest you look at this supplied for the Panasonic LX100. Use the Panasonic AC adapter, DMW-AC10, along with the corresponding DC Coupler, DMW-DCC15A, to power the camera by placing the DC Coupler in the battery compartment and running its cord through the small flap in the battery compartment door. Good luck, David

HarmenLeica Posted November 30, 2017 Share #5 Posted November 30, 2017 Hi, did it work out with the product you ordered to charge it? If so, what did you order? Thanks
stuny Posted November 30, 2017 Share #6 Posted November 30, 2017 Either way, it's not a bad idea to have a spare, charged battery. Buy the Panasonic one since it's less expensive.
