Hey guys,

I'm sure there is a thread about pricing but I dont know if its current etc!

I have rented a 262 for a week, I really like it. Not a lot of wear and tear but LCD has a few marks etc. It is not mint but I think pretty close.

The Quote to buy it is $4560.0 which I can't decide is high or more towards accurately priced. I have looked on ebay at sold and they seem to be anywhere from high 3's to 5+ for a new one...

Thanks for reading!

I had been looking for either a M-D or 262, (decided on the M-D).  For excellent to condition examples the M-D's are available between $4,000-4,500, and the 262's about $400-500 less.  You can get a pretty good idea of the prevailing prices by searching eBay, whether or not you want to buy on eBay is another matter.  I would also check the online sites and even call/email some of the various Leica dealers.  Good luck.
