lucerne Posted April 4, 2017 Share #1 Posted April 4, 2017 Advertisement (gone after registration) I'm off to Egypt and the Nile next month. Planned to take M240 and Q. My normal procedure is for the M240 and batteries to be in the carry-on hand baggage, and to pack and put in the hold the less sensitive Leica Q and a couple of M lenses. I have now found a the statement that Egypt Air and others connected with the middle-east, GB and USA are not allowing cameras (and other electronic devices larger than a small phone) inside the cabin, so everything to be checked in for the hold. Are any recent travellers on this forum up to date and have some experience of the restrictions before I rethink my equipment strategy. I've never risked an M in the hold! Thanks
