First sunny day & hike with my Q in 2022 (3) - for this pano - crop I applied the LR super-resolution which provides at the end a 60mp output for a crop from a 24mp camera - not bad, although it does not make any difference for posting it here on the web...;)

Today was testing OIS in "small kid in one hand small Q in another" mode and while I was always was able to get perfectly sharp shots at 1/15 (>90%) it appeared that at 1/8 I'm in deep trouble (<30%) but luckily that lady just saved my day in search of "New year mood" shot 🧐

Hahahaha.. what a way to test OIS! 😁

Speaking about kids, here are mine, now 13 and 9 years old, from our holiday in Bali, 2 years ago. Now they are not so keen of being around me or my cameras anymore! 😅

We spent one short night up in the Caprivi region of Namibia before we moved on to Botswana. This was early in the morning before we left. The Zambezi looked stunning that day.

This is a bit of an HDR image. Had to pull up shadows and reduce Highlights like crazy to make it work. But it's from a single NEF file.

Wonderful image which I keep coming back to. Like something from TIME magazine in the 1960s.
