M10 Histogram display

Me neither.  It would be helpful to have a wider range of display options in image review / live view.  It ought to be possible to toggle through eg, Detail, Large histogram, and Uncluttered. At the moment, there are only two options as far as I can work out.  Firmware request!

I agree, I also liked the larger histogram. I was able to confirm my exposure with Auto Review set to 1 second. Now that it's so small I actually need 3 seconds for it to register in my aging brain.

Also, and equally important to me, I would like the option of seeing the histogram in 3 channel view. I'm mainly a landscaper and often have sky in the shot. Blue channel clipping is often underestimated by the averaging that the combined channel histogram display uses. I've proved that to my self in real-world situations often. With the 240, I really liked knowing I wasn't clipping the blue channel.

How it worked on the M240 definitely made more sense - it had more display modes to toggle in review mode:  Image, Image w/ Histogram, Image w/ Clipping Overlays, Image with Image Info.

M10 only has two modes: The image without any info or overlays, and the image with image info and clipping overlays that flash on and off. They've tried to put too much in those two modes, I think.

The old histogram was way too large (obscuring most of the image) while the new one is too small – a Goldilocks histogram somewhere between those extremes would be ideal.

I use the M 240 histogram extensively to know I have a good DNG. I only wish I could view the histogram before I pressed the shutter. Then I fine tune the result before taking a picture.
