Nice, Raid!  I’ve been wondering about this compared to 50mm APO Summicron.  Show us moe, please!

Thanks. There is an interesting discussion now at the rangefinderforum website. Some members are quite vocal about disliking the colors in the posted color images, but they like the B&W images from a Monochrom and this lens. The Summicron APO costs an extra $7000-$8000 compared with the CV APO lens. No small change.

Very nice - not that I'm any expert, but it looks perfectly shot and processed.  I can take photos like this in India, but not in Miami.  It's one of those photos that makes me feel I'd like to walk out from behind my computer screen, and actually be there!

Thank you. I tried filling the frame with plenty of "stuff" to see if the lens captures it all well or not.

Thanks for this, Raid. The Cron APO has a rendering when shot wide open that's different from the Nocti and the Lux when shot wide open, each magically unique in its own way. How has the VC performed for you wide open?

A plexiglass structure on the Lincoln Road Mall, South Beach, Miami Beach.  Everything was set up ahead of time, and then it was a matter of waiting for someone interesting to come walking along.  M10, Summicron 50, PL4 for editing.

People did stop, but to talk to me.  Nobody recognized the Leica, and for the one person who did seem to ask (I didn't understand his accent), I just said it's an old film camera.  With the red dot covered by black plastic tape, nobody has a clue as to what it is.

The more I shoot with the M10, the less I think I need my Nikon DSLR's, and other cameras.  Also, the more I use PhotoLab, the more I learn how to do with it.  I can't remember the last time I opened any of my other image software.

Photo Illustration from M10, 50mm Summicron, shooting into the sun, with the City of Miami behind Biscayne Bay.  Edited in DxO PhotoLab 4.  It looks sort of like B&W, but it was shot in color - I boosted the color slightly.  I'm calling this a photo illustration because the clouds were not as intense as what is shown here.  Other than that, and the glare of looking into the sun, it's what I remember seeing.  I wanted the reflection from the sun to go under and around one of the boats, and this is the image that showed that the best.

Nice.  Where was this shot?

Lincoln Road is in Miami Beach, Florida, and runs from the Atlantic Ocean to Biscayne Bay.  I live at the end of the road, where it reaches the water.  One of the major streets up and down Miami Beach is "Alton Road".  This art structure was put up maybe 10 or so years ago, about two blocks East of Alton Road.   Kids love walking inside it, as they get a distorted view of the world around them, and anyone outside gets a distorted view of people "inside", to go along with all the bizarre reflections due to the curves.  After several years of trying, this is the first time I got an image that I liked.  The M10 in black seems to be invisible to other people, and the black tape I put over the red "M" most likely helps.

If you want anything better in way of directions, I can post them here.   I'm thinking of going back there again on a warm, sunny day, and hopefully some people will go inside it.  There are a gazillion different angles to shoot it from - I narrowed my choice down to this one, which allowed me to sort of disappear into an entrance for one of the buildings.  Other than one inquisitive person, nobody seemed to notice me, or care.  I guess they all thought I was a tourist.....
