Incongruous to see Buddhist portraits at a butcher’s stand, smartphone earpiece, elegant, raw Thai silk blouse of hill tribe design. Despite these semiotics, the B&W version of this image hasn’t made it into my new book project.

Tropical Storm Isaias threatening this morning, but missed us. The marsh greens are seasonally changing and soon turn to brown. One late look. (Also posted in B&W).
