Advertisement Posted November 15, 2018 Posted November 15, 2018 Hi howiebrou, Take a look here What bag for the M10?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Photon42 Posted November 15, 2018 Share #282 Posted November 15, 2018 Yes - it works well for one M with lens attached plus another lens. The strap can be used as as camera strap, if not used for the bag

Nachapon Dumrongthumavoot Posted November 26, 2018 Share #284 Posted November 26, 2018 Just want to say that i find using camera insert( Tenba BYOB ) with my FIlson 24 hour briefcase turn out rather enjoyable. I can fit my m10+Noct f1 and another 28 summicron in the insert easily while having enough room in the actual bag to store some other gadgets. Also, i can use the bag to store laptop and documents for when i'm not out and shooting.
albertknappmd Posted November 26, 2018 Share #285 Posted November 26, 2018 Gura Gear just reintroduced the Kiboko line, now designated Kiboko v.2. I have used the 32L Kiboko for many years with my S bodies and lenses all over the world. The Kiboko is an extraordinarily well though out and well build camera bag. They just introduced a 16L version (Kiboko v2) that would be ideal for the M camera and a congeries of lenses. I feel that you should really consider it... Printmaker Posted November 29, 2018 Share #286 Posted November 29, 2018 I took the insert from my Hadley Pro and put it in my Filson bag and it works like a charm. The Hadley is great for more formal occasions as it is black on black. The Filson is more casual and just easier to use. I can pack my M10 wearing a 35 Summicron along with my Monochrom wearing a 50 Summicron and still have room for a 21 SEM, 135 Tele Elmar, flash, misc. cards etc. and my13 inch Macbook Pro. Of course I don't always drag all of that gear with me. Most of the time I just go with a M10 and two lenses. barefootphoto.gallery

The ONA Bond is the closest I've identified, but it's unnecessarily long for my tastes. Suggestions? I just bought the Fogg Baby Grand 13” to fit my ipad pro 12.9 & M10. Haven’t received it yet, but the manufacturer (bee) said they’re not going to make anymore, so if you like the dimensions, you should scramble. I think I bought the last one from Tamarkin (who were very pleasant to do business with).
Jobea Posted December 9, 2018 Share #288 Posted December 9, 2018 I am using a Peak Design Sling 5L. Have tried leather messenger bag from ONA and a few others but realised nothing beats a light and versatile bag. Link
Talleyrand Posted December 11, 2018 Share #289 Posted December 11, 2018 I'm currently using a Tom Bihn 21L Synapse with a small Billingham insert that just fits in the bottom. This with my M3.
yeatts Posted November 3, 2021 Share #290 Posted November 3, 2021 Resurrecting this thread with a few questions about Fogg bags for those of you who have used them: 1. Looking for something to carry around M10R + 50mm lux asph and 28mm cron asph + a spare battery, a few SD cards, wallet, keys. Considering the soprana or lyre and curious if anyone has an opinion. 2. When I travel I usually take an ipad pro 12.9 in, my leica kit as above + leica tabletop tripod and few lens hoods, etc. Would a b-major or e-flat be big enough or do I need one of their messenger bags. 3. Anyone own the now discontinued Concerto and have dimensions or pictures?

I had the same question (except that I have 35 fle instead of 28 Summicron). Two dealers urged me to go with the Lyre; they thought the Soprano would be too tight a fit. I got the Lyre a few weeks ago but don’t have an opinion yet. It seems a little roomier than needed (but the dealers thought that was a plus). Anyone own the now discontinued Concerto and have dimensions or pictures? I have four Fogg bags, the oldest being the bumble bee, which is over 25 years old and still good. The iPad Pro (smaller version) fits in the back pocket. Also have the Soprano, which is ideal for the M plus two lenses or a Q2 with room for wallet, sunglasses etc. All Fogg bags are made to the highest standards and thoroughly recommended.
Jeff S Posted November 3, 2021 Share #293 Posted November 3, 2021 My Fogg bags… lyre and b-Laika… are also old, but still in great shape. The difference now, however, is that each has grown in size and weight to accommodate modern M systems. I prefer my smaller, all black Foggs (the standard black is now more charcoal gray), and especially the price, which was about half current costs. I’ve since switched to Billingham. Anyone own the now discontinued Concerto and have dimensions or pictures? I believe the 12.9in iPad pro will fit into the e-flat but not the b-major. I personally like the design of the e-flat over the messenger bags (baby grand models) because the strap goes around the whole bag so sits nicer on your body while carrying. I settled for the b-sharp and downgraded my ipad pro to the 11in model. The b-sharp will carry 1 body with lens mounted plus 2-3 additional lenses. Or my M-10 with 35 FLE, Q and one additional lens. Or SL with 24-90 mounted (plus or minus a small M lens) plus the iPad in the front pocket plus battery/SD card/wallet/phone charger. much easier to carry around town. I considered the b-minor but it is more boxy.

I was staring at the e flat dimensions on the fogg site trying to make sense of them but I think there must be a typo on the “computer pouch” line. I presume the computer pouch is roughly the same L and W as the main compartment but just 1 inch deep (in which case the iPad Pro 12.9 in should fit) https://www.foggspecialistbags.com/fogg-camera-satchels/e-flat Edited November 4, 2021 by yeatts

I saw that. I agree it’s an error. The front pocket/slot (non zippered) should fit the iPad and be the width of the bag. The b-sharp pocket fits the smaller iPad. Also can fit into back of main compartment as pictured, which should be possible in b-sharp. But also fits into front slot as well. Welcome, dear visitor! yeatts Posted November 4, 2021 Share #297 Posted November 4, 2021 Since we're on the topic of Fogg bags, any thoughts on the relative merits of gray/charcoal vs black canvas? I've never seen one in person but I'm sort of smitten with the gray/charcoal but the black looks handsome.

Herr Barnack Posted November 4, 2021 Share #299 Posted November 4, 2021 (edited) I recently placed an order for a Last Waltz in the medium green fabric and Havana (Carmel color) leather. I looked at the charcoal color and the light tan, but IMO neither can hold a candle to the colors I selected. Both the charcoal and light tan are nice, though - they are very attractive on the Last Waltz. Edited November 4, 2021 by Herr Barnack
