M-9  135mm Tele-Elmar

 

Most years I am visited by Whistlers, a truly interesting bird. Two years ago this pair nested in one of our trees and brought their hatchlings down to a pond. The next morning the parents were alone looking all over for the young. Most likely they were consumed by a Great Blue Heron who flew away as I approached. If you haven't noticed, Mother Nature is a heartless witch spelled with a "b". Seldom do wild animals pose this well for me. Regards, Ron
