anachronist Posted August 26, 2017 Share #3406 Posted August 26, 2017 (edited) Two photos with my 90mm Tele-Elmarit from 1969. The one of my son was during the recent eclipse here in the United States - the light before and after was simply amazing. I photographed with white balance set to 6000 K on my M9, Schneider UV haze filter. This is a straight out of camera jpeg, cropped square. The sunset was a converted DNG file. Welcome, dear visitor! ldhrads Posted September 1, 2017 Share #3408 Posted September 1, 2017 A tour guide gathering the party 50mm 0,95 Canon, M10 0,95 Canon.jpg Well seen and presented. However, in the Canon 0.95 shots you've presented I think your lens might need a bit of service. There's a bit too much haze and not sure if it's focus is spot on. I had one that was much clearer. If you are happy with it just ignore my comments! If not, see if one of the lens wizards like Sherry Krauter in New York can give it a bath. She did wonders on my Summarit 50/1.5. Wonzo Posted September 1, 2017 Share #3410 Posted September 1, 2017 The lens was serviced before I bought it. Fully open there is always haze, which seems to be typical for this lens. My two last pictures in this thread were taken at 0,95.
