Albeit rarely (I hope), rather embarassing things can happen to me.

My 1965 M3 feels so modern, that sometimes I manage to forget to check, whether the barrel of my 1965 Elmar 50mm f/2.8 is fully extended and locked. During transport in my camera bag, it tends to unlock... Thus, the intention of being ready for shooting more quickly will occasionally come back to bite me. I hereby confess to a recent klutzy beginners glitch. Well, I guess you could even try to sell it as "art"  ;)
