What lens is this?

50mm Summilux III, black paint with red markings.

I believe it or similar were part of a millenium M6 kit along with a 35mm Summilux and M6, all black paint. I have no idea if the items were sold separately but I got mine about 10 years ago in it's own box with no mention of it being part of a kit.

Nice set up DDA. I have the same lens on my MP. Only time it comes off is if I wanna take a portrait with the 50 Cron, which is not often lol.

Thanks - the MP and M6TTL are both 0.85. Got a Lux 35 Rim with goggles for them. Awaiting the return of my 0.72 black M4 and M6 after teir CLA. :)

On the other hand, my clock radio is almost 50 years old. Not bad for an electronic device with some mechanical parts. Maybe the M10 will last longer than you think?

I have an electric shaver which has lasted about 26 years of semi regular use, and only now is the switch starting to play up. Very decent for an electrically powered mechanical device. I suspect that with some care, the digital Ms will last a long time.

In general  no issues for 35 mm and upwards. I do however the 35 mm summilux rim steel with goggles + a 35 mm viewfinder for my cron iv.

I had one major issue : multifocal glasses - I went sick to the stomach ... Focussing was just not working. Found a solution however. The area you look through needs to have a 2m focus (mine we're due to the reading mode less then 2 meters).

By the way : love the flower, where did you get it ?
