If only the menus could be simplified! The Leica version of Panasonics should be stripped to the bare minimum, like the Q. The Q is superb. On the 109, I have set function button two to disable the round selector on the back. Pete My biggest issue with the 109 is the exposure compensation dial, it is so easy to move it and not notice, second, I quite often manage to change the white balance without noticing I have done it. lct Posted March 25, 2018 Share #44 Posted March 25, 2018 Not a big deal to use custom settings folks. This way you can save your settings and press a mere function button to call them up at will. See page 60 of instruction manual below. As for the exposure compensation dial, mine works the same way as on my other cameras.
