Believe me, it is a much better fit for an M camera, even though there is nothing wrong with IQ on SL. It is just super awkward from an ergonomic standpoint. I agree completely... as are most of the M lenses. Just too small... The Noctilux (size and weight) is perfect on the SL from an ergonomic standpoint.
