Advertisement Posted June 15, 2007 Posted June 15, 2007 Hi Guest leicawanabe, Take a look here Zion with the 21. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
carstenw Posted June 15, 2007 Share #2 Posted June 15, 2007 These are very nice pictures, but they should be posted in one of the photo forums.

But isn't it sometimes a breath of fresh air to see some photography here? I also participate in the DPReview Leica forum where it's a mix of gear stuff and images, and I personally prefer it that way... for me, the images are the most interesting thing about the M8, however fascinating I find bags, filters and back focus! wparsonsgisnet Posted June 15, 2007 Share #4 Posted June 15, 2007 Ditto. I lurk on the Digital and M8 fori during the day, but *very* rarely go to the photo forum. I find this particular thread helpful because I am just starting to do wide-lens pix and these help give a perspective. I have a CV15, have not yet mounted the IR-cut filter, and am therefore getting along taking pix of landscapes. When I mount the filter, I'll have to deal with the Cyan Creep, blast him. M'sieur, get a John Milich adaptor (and some black nail varnish if you don't have any in stock!) and wind some Sellotape around a 39mm filter then jam it in the lens shade. You will regret nothing, apart from the damned camera asking you to select 16-18-21 every time you switch it on! best t
hammam Posted June 16, 2007 Share #6 Posted June 16, 2007 Very nice indeed. What 21 is that? Leica's? And thanks a lot for giving us photos of a body of water where the water is made to look like water, not like milk with some silly long pause. God, am I tired of those. Guest leicawanabe Posted June 16, 2007 Share #7 Posted June 16, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) That was the 21 2.8 asph. I also used the 35. But, out of the few ok pictures I managed to get, the 21 was used the most. You can see some more here.
