Nervous backgrounds are not my experience with the 75 Summilux either. Maybe nervousness appears, if there are too many light reflections in the background, such as on @eviknes two images. In this case, any other fast lens might show similar results wide open.

75 summilux can be either super creamy or super nervous. A chamaeleon. Totally depends on the background. Here is its smooth moment.

I have found the Bokhe on the 75 Lux smooth and silky. Even with foliage in the Background this is about as bad as I have seen
