Advertisement Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 Hi david strachan, Take a look here Coffee and camera: Open thread. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
david strachan Posted November 7, 2016 Share #22 Posted November 7, 2016 I thought that if I used the timer and quickly set the camera in the scene I could get a shot of cuppa and camera but it didn't work. So, this was taken after lunch with my phone.IMG_0860.JPG I like your Forum attitude Exodies...and this deplorable picture... cheers and all best..
Robert M Poole Posted November 7, 2016 Author Share #23 Posted November 7, 2016 I notice you have a Villeroy and Boch wave coffee set. The piece of the saucer sticking out on the left is supposed to hold a couple of chocolates... I though camera and chocolates might be a separate thread

John Z. Goriup Posted November 8, 2016 Share #25 Posted November 8, 2016 Superb cappuccino, accompanied by truly good, homemade Key Lime Pie. An afternoon 'jause' like that wouldn't be complete without the house cat sidling up against your leg to let you know she too wouldn't mind a bite. D-Lux-4 JZG Welcome, dear visitor! david strachan Posted November 8, 2016 Share #26 Posted November 8, 2016 The coffee looks good, the pie looks outrageous...but I see no Leica camera. Or is the cat called "Leica"...
Michael Geschlecht Posted November 8, 2016 Share #27 Posted November 8, 2016 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) Hello Gary, As per your Post #19, this Thread: A larger plate with an off set cup is sometimes called a "breakfast set". These were/are designed to be a single plate + cup for coffee/tea/chocolate & a roll/bite of something else all together. They are sometimes easier to use in a variety of situations than dealing with a number of plates. Ted99 Posted November 11, 2016 Share #30 Posted November 11, 2016 Here is my way to do it, just one cop means filter-coffee direct to the mug, significant better taste. Ted99 Posted November 11, 2016 Share #37 Posted November 11, 2016 Yes, but I think you will have better coffee than me, I´m a little to much of a tightwad to buy the filters and filter holder you use. /Ted

leica dream Posted November 11, 2016 Share #39 Posted November 11, 2016 Looks like an expensive image too with an M7 parked on the table yet still another camera to take the shot. Nice image, Keith. Richard
