Good to see these, the first is a cracker.

(Q: Intuitively I would say that the film Leica body is more resilient to precipitation than its electronic cousin, is this myth or fact?)

Many thanks, Gentlemen.  Steve - Good question.  I suspect one can be equally concerned with condensation building up in an analog M.  I try not to think about it and am much more concerned with keeping the front lens element free of large drops :)  In due course, I will be adding photos taken with both the M9 and the MM1...both of which worked quite well.

Nice series Adam. My only experience of staying in NYC is an overnight in sweltering temperatures with a noise aircon unit and very noisy streets below. This is another world!

 

I took a look at your Flickr feed, and as a result you have a new follower - tremendous work.

My favourite is the shot of the lone person in the full length black coat and using the umbrella, with the depth of field narrow which makes them pop.
