I really like this one Adam. I am intrigued by what is happening. Great processing BTW.

Agreed, the guy looking skywards... Great catch!

Thank you, Gentlemen :)

Now that your site is available Adam, this series takes on a new dimension when viewed on that site, the reportage comes over stronger (in my opinion) almost as good as viewing in a book. I wish you an inspiring winter!

Thanks

Charles

I can echo Charles comments, and nice to see a fellow Photoshelter user.

Thanks very much, Charles and Gerry.

Charles - you make a good point and it is a testament to how so much can be gained from improved presentation :)  I appreciate your feedback and time!

Gerry - Yes, I am a newbie at photoshelter and hope it works out!  Thanks for the time in looking :)

Another great one Adam. Tell me, was this series taken over a period of time or just one weather incident?

Gerry

Thanks, Gerry.  These were taken during the one or two harshest blizzards that we had in each of the past 2 years.

I've been admiring your collection at 'your-name.nyc'; although many seen before, it's good to have them in one accessible location. I would go as far as saying that your images deserve being published, but the problem, as always, is one of becoming recognised.

Sincere, thanks, Steve.  For me the site was mostly about clearing my head a little and improving the presentation of what I've done over the past few years.

As they say, Rome wasn't built in a day - and neither was the local junkyard!! :)

These are all great, Adam.

Very good. Feels like I am there and those people don't want to be

I am sure they cheer up once inside :)

Thanks, Gentlemen.  Funny comments.

Fyi, The Film Shooters Collective just released its 3rd and final edition of the NSEW for purchase, which is an annual photo book containing 180 wonderful film photos from photographers all over the world.

They were kind enough to feature three of my NYC snow blizzard photos in the book (of the 5 that I submitted for consideration).
