Question: Change default sharpness MM1 in CaptureOne?

When I import Monochrome-1 files into Capture the sharpness is default set on a value 180, which is way too sharp (for the normal M9 this is 130 btw, which can be too sharp too).

 

Does someone know how I can change this value automatically to 0 whenever I import from a specified camera?

 

I would really like to see how the lens draws and not the software

All softwares to some degree apply some sharpening to the raw files, which is intended as pre-sharpening. I would not set it to 0, I would just lower the level if you deem that is excessive

Go to the sharpening tool, adjust the values as you like, click on the three little dots, save as defaults for your camera.

I would also do the same with the default Noise Reduction settings, which are also very aggressive at the default value of 50 ... Not really needed on the MM.
