Advertisement Posted February 19, 2017 Posted February 19, 2017 Hi pico, Take a look here Your favorite paper?. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
cobbu2 Posted February 21, 2017 Share #22 Posted February 21, 2017 As much as I like the results FB paper provides, I rarely have the time to do it justice. What I have found that emulates the results I strive for is Ilford Multigrade Warmtone RC T44M; a warm base with rich blacks, and it tones nicely in KRST. Having said that, I really miss Ektalure and the variety of surfaces Kodak offered, I.e., the 'X' tapestry surface and the 'R' tweed... those were the days. Guest Posted March 5, 2017 Share #23 Posted March 5, 2017 (edited) Since the end of Brovira, I have trouble finding a favourite Haven't tried the new-ish Ilford Cooltone MG FB yet though. The Kentmere Fineprint FB was OK for while there, but they quit production when I was ready to switch to it. For quick and dirty I use Fomabrom Variant 111 FB, for the good stuff Agfa MCC or MGIV (yet to try the Adox MCC - wasn't impressed with the RC variant, but I don't like RC anyways). Not too much alternatives for cool-tone lovers these days... Edited March 5, 2017 by Guest
