One year shooting weddings with the Q

Great post and very good photos Adam. Since there is a lot of action sometimes I am wondering if you are switching many times between AF-C and AF-S?

Very nice. Thanks for posting. I wonder what AF modes you use to capture this action? I continue to struggle with finding the right AF modes to lock on what I want, especially in busy people scenes where spot focus tends to focus on background.

Thanks Malu.  I tend to always use AF-s. I quickly re-focus in instances where the subject is walking towards me (ie B&G down the aisle). If it was quicker to switch between the two modes, for  then I may use AF-C for these moments. Yet to try it though :-)

Thanks! I always use AF's...I've been finding focusing in busy situations ok. Now its easy to make the focus point bigger/smaller, this might help?

Interesting read. I too use the Q along with the X-Pro2 and 50 and 85 equivelant lenses. I really like the set up as the they both have similar analogue controls etc.
