fantastic memorial to the Thyssen steelmaking era which spanned the ruhr valley. i visited this site over 20 years ago & it definitely stands the test of time. thanks for posting.

you are right. That region has brought up wealth to the country. There are more sites in that City of Duisburg. There is a still running Thyssen production where we want to go next. Thanks for you encouraging response.

thank you very much. I only concentrated on wideangle perpective. But you are right that there is more potential of closeups. Thi is a location which discloses by and by. There is so much more to cover.

yes, we will definately go there again for there is a lot more potential. One can go there any time and even when it rains it can be interesting and there is shelter everywhere. Thank you for your encouragement.
