R9/Digital-Modul-R, Apo-Macro-Elmarit-R 100 mm

Photo taken for the 14 years of this digital back (on a 17 years R9). Well, the batteries are almost dead, I have taken the photo using the AC Adapter. But the set is working well.

There are a number of suggested battery repairman in earlier threads. I recently had my M8 motor drive batteries replaced by this fellow in Germany who apparently did the same on behalf of Leica, and may have done so for the DMR too, IIRC. He may be able to help with your unit.

'Looking at old DMR files, I thought I'd post a couple more.  WTH?

Here is one of the first I took after getting the DMR back in 2006.

And here's one from when the DMR went to Wetzlar for a visit.

I guess I'm going senile.  I had already posted the one with the leaf and grate.  I checked my attachments before posting, and it didn't show up there, so I assumed . . . .  And now I can't delete it.  Oh, well . . . .

Here's another DMR image - for penance.

A classic shot.

Loved the VC10, Still the best aircraft I have ever flown on,

Back in1971 I flew from Melbourne to New York on flight Speedbird BA 591 and returned on BA 592 back to Melbourne, great aircraft certainly outclassed  the Boeing 707.

I'll put up another one.  Hiking with the R9/DMR isn't as easy as with, say, the TL2--but I sure do love that viewfinder.

Is Leica still “receiving visits” from DMR units?
I thought they wrote off the entire R enterprise early last year.
