alex7075 Posted May 11, 2016 Share #1 Posted May 11, 2016 (edited) Advertisement (gone after registration) Hello, After sensor replacement and new firmare 1.010 installed by Leica, when I leave the MM1 without battery for more than 2 minutes, the clock shows unreal dates and must be set again to the right date/time. For example, 2025.05.43 or 2165.21.45, always at 00:00. The little internal battery should be ok because the camera doesn't loose the clock informations. Has this happened to somebody else? This problem looks similar to the one detailed in this thread about the M9. After marknorton's suggestion to reload the firmware, the issue was solved. Unfortunately, 1.010 firmware is not available on Leica's website. A simple reset of the camera didn't help. Anyway, Leica asked me to send in the camera once more in order to inspect it. Advertisement Posted May 11, 2016 Posted May 11, 2016 Hi alex7075, Take a look here MM1 crazy internal clock with firmware 1.010. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
250swb Posted May 12, 2016 Share #2 Posted May 12, 2016 The main battery needs to be in the camera for at least a straight 24 hrs (longer if possible) to charge the small internal battery that keeps the clock going. If you have been charging the main battery before the internal battery is fully charged, or if it has been without its main battery for a period, it will keep losing the clock information. I can't remember which page of the Manual this is on. Steve
alex7075 Posted May 12, 2016 Author Share #3 Posted May 12, 2016 Thanks Steve, the main battery in permanently in the camera since some weeks. Without the battery, clock information is kept for less than two minutes but it is stuck; after two minutes, it screws up.

jsjxyz Posted October 9, 2016 Share #6 Posted October 9, 2016 Funny things one of my Sandisk 32GB 80mbps is not reliably working with this (empty or no disc message). But the 45 mbps version is work perfectly.
