Love your flower photos. A humble suggestion: I use solid color backgrounds I buy at art stores. I have numerous colors and I try and select one that compliments the flower color. Its not natural like yours, but it really makes the flowers stand out.

thanks so much infiniumguy. I'm going to get on it! I don't know if I want it always for outdoor flowers, since bokeh is natural and it's depth of field is always an interesting challenge with a 28 mm lens, but certainly for a lot of situations, especially indoors. thanks again!
