Great music, great gear, great photo! Wish I had the Mendelssohn on my player when I hiked the Hebrides two years ago. Remains one of the most awe inspiring places I've ever been. Thanks so much for all this, Dimitrios.

Thank you for the kind words Bags! I had exactly the same experience as you. When I visited them I didn't even know that Mendelssohn wrote a music about them. I am planning to visit Fingal's cave again next year!

Sometimes I feel like a nut - Pecan in this case. Although, it might be mistaken for the top of a brain. Macro is fun. I used my Canon ring light and almost eliminated the shadows.

This thread is just extraordinary! Many thanks for my daily does of inspiration. I’m staggered by what can be achieved using a Q. I just wish there was another macro thread where the rest of us could learn the techniques you all employ.
