there's much to like about this shot.

 

The textures are very rich and the extremes of tone well suited to the subject matter. The angle from which you've chosen to shoot it, imbues the whole image with a strong graphic quality, which is much to my liking - thanks.

Agree with John & Ed, and amazed that this almost looks like it is a vertical wall rather than a flat path -- Somwhat like the outside wall of the church you showed a year or so ago that looked like it was inside, across the pews.

It seems that your eye is trained to capture certain angles and lighting most of us miss. Your creative use of tones really makes the shot, and I can see how this has been evolving in you. I think you have the most uniquely clear and consistantly identifiable style of any photographer on this forum. Your work needs to be published and exhibited!
