Actually, I like seeing both her hands in the second shot. Her expression in the first is toward sad. But there is mischief in those eyes and smile in the second.

 

No matter, her beauty, inside and out, shines through in these portraits. Thank you for introducing her to us!

Mer too I would take the left hand from the second shot and the lean and face from the first.

A fine composition and an incredible portrait.

(But, of course, with a face like that to work with you were already half-way to greatness!)

 

I wonder what she would say if you printed it and presented her with a copy?

It's gonna be part of a coming exhibition and the print will end up in her hands :-)

Beautiful portrait, she pose so naturally...

In fact she never paused, trying to think if one reason why I would be interested in photographing an old lady like herself.

Hopefully she'll know why I did it when I hand her the print!
