I seem to have posted this in the wrong thread, any chance a Mod can move it to the I Like Film thread as here it’s bending the rules about which camera/lenses can be used.  Thanks

"Ordensburg" Vogelsang: This is actually the second largest maintained building complex of Nazi-Germany - the so-called "Ordensburg" Vogelsang was build in the 1930's to serve as kind of bootcamp for the youth organization of the NSDAP party. After WWII it served as military camp for allied forces and is today the centre of the national park Eifel and houses museums (SL2 & SVE 16-35mm)

It was attributed to the Belgian forces in Germany. When I served in the army, I've spent there some time on training camp ( about 35 yrs ago - which reminds me I'm getting old ). I've visited it again last year with my wife. Unfortunately I hadn't my Q2 with me. But this year I'll go again and take my Q2 with me and to spent a day there. It's indeed situated in a beautiful environment, in the heart of the Eiffel mountains. When we walked around last year, I could enjoy the nature, which wasn't possible 35 years ago with all the exercises and the drilling, etc...Nice pics. I always look forward to your posts.

One Ring to rule them all, One Ring to find them,
One Ring to bring them all, and in the darkness bind them,
In the Land of Mordor where the Shadows lie.
