I export from Lightroom to Flickr via the built in publishing services. Long edge 2,048 pixels and Sharpen set for Screen, amount to Standard.

From Flickr I select the download icon, select view all sizes, select Original or Large 2048, right click and Copy Image Address. I simply paste it in the text box here and it loads the image.

I think sticking to certain sizes, like 2048 is a good idea. Not too big not too small. 
If you go via Photoshop and upload manually, or onto your own image server, then there is a cool Photoshop plugin called Web Sharpener. You can find it HERE and it's free to use. Its excellent.

M10M Voigtlander 15mm v3

I bought the 15mm because when cropped to a square the coverage of the 15mm is the same as a Hasselblad SWC one of the cameras I used for street photography.
