I'm having problems uploading my normal sized photos.  Has something changed in the size we are allowed to post??

The photo I am trying to upload is 803KB and every time I try to upload it, I get a warning note:  You are only allowed to upload 1,003.52kb.

The last few photos I've posted, I've had to greatly reduce the size.

There is a glitch in the forum software ......

If you post a second image straight after the first .... even if is a new post .... the forum adds the size of the previous image to the new one and flags it up as too big if the combined size is greater than 1000k.

If you refresh and reload the page the problem vanishes and you can post a full size image again.

It's a bit of a nuisance if you want to post several images one after the other ....but once you realise what is going on it's easy to avoid .... 🙄

Hi Chaemono.

Well, there's a pro-amateur "calcutta" tournament at my local club that I was watching this weekend. The player pictured - I do not know his name - is actually the 350th ranked player in the world.  He was paired with a quite ordinary amateur.  I'll find out how far he can carry his partner tomorrow.

That young lady I photographed was just a teenager taking a lesson at the club from a friend (the head pro), so I was fortunate enough to just take a few photographs with the SL and S70.  Frankly, the S 120 is a bit slow and slower in use on the SL compared to the S 70, but I wanted to try for a bit more reach with the S120.  If I have a chance I may try to grab a few more photos tomorrow with each of the S lenses.

The below shots were taken with the SL and S70 from a few weeks ago.
