I don't know about other countries...but in Australia superannuated bathtubs are often re-lifed as containers of drinking water for livestock. 

They are particularly popular with horses owners as they have nice rounded edges which mitigate the possibility of injury and are sufficiently large so

as to to contain a generous amount of water. This bath appears to be in the process of being set up and perhaps having running water connected to it.

A really pretty picture whatever the story is!

very nice image and a strange story. Maybe somebody digged his grave and found a coffin  :D  , but no - I think Dee may be right with the theory about water supply for cattle.

 

The S-look is very soft, detailed and has an artistic touch.
