miamigator Posted November 7, 2015 Share #1 Posted November 7, 2015 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hello everyone, I wanted to see what online printing services people here use with their M. I have been printing with Mpix with their true black and white paper but wanted to try out some alternatives, TIA

AceVentura1986 Posted November 8, 2015 Share #2 Posted November 8, 2015 That's what I use for neutral prints, either through MPix Pro or Zenfolio. Btw, I'm in Miami too. Perhaps we've met?

KenTanaka Posted November 14, 2015 Share #5 Posted November 14, 2015 You might want to try WhiteWall's LightJet B&W prints. Basically a chemical panchromatic photo paper exposed via laser from your file. https://us.whitewall.com/photo-lab/photo-print/ilford-bw-oce?linkId=TopNavigation#tjn=f&t=produkt-details Have fun!
jochem Posted November 14, 2015 Share #6 Posted November 14, 2015 (edited) I use Digital Silver Imaging, a unique print lab specializing in black and white printing. DSI offers a variety of printing solutions, but one in particular was fascinating to me. Using a laser enlarger, they convert and project your digital image file onto light sensitive, silver gelatin, black and white photo paper which is then processed in black and white photo chemistry.http://digitalsilverimaging.com/ Edited November 14, 2015 by jochem
