Ich möchte Euch zum 40. D-Lux-/Digilux-Wettbewerb einladen.

I invite you to the 35th D-Lux / Digilux competition.

The theme is "Signs".

Signs we'll find not only on roads but we meet them every day in different contexts, such as in social contexts (signs of status - marital, prosperity, poverty), in nature (signs of climate conditions, weather phenomena, fauna), in symbols of modern technology and ...

I'm looking forward to your places of discovery.

I suggest the following timetable:

Taking pictures: from now to 30 november 2015
Picture upload: 01 - 07 december 2015 (only one picture please!)
Voting: 08 - 18 december 2015
Nomination of the winners: 19 december 2015

The challenge is open to all digital Leica's coming from a collaboration with another company.
Not allowed are S, S1, S2, SL, M8, M8.2, M9. M9-P, ME, MM, M240, DMR, T, X, X1, X2, X Vario and the Q.
All other Leicas and their identical sisters from Panasonic or Fuji are permitted.

I wish you a wonderful late autumn.
Guenther

A rather ignorant man asks,"how does one goes about uploading photographs to this site?" I'm using Firefox and don't see any windows active for loading files.

As to the how, you might find your answer here:

Leica Forum FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

As for the when and where: Guenther already gave the necessary information.

Good luck.
