I am not sure the forum is the place to ask but can somebody recommend places to go in the south west of Ireland. I know that this area is famous for great scenic views but I need recommmandations from photographers having had an experience in this area of the world.

If on top of the "best places" to go you have some nice address where to stay in the region.

In any case I shall post the images after the trip :)

Thanks for the help

Pierre-Olivier

Web sites recommandation will also be highly appreciated

One of the finest places to stay in the Southwest is Longueville House just west of Mallow (http://www.longuevillhouse.ie). Most of the Southwest is easily within driving range each day. The fact that my ancestors lived on this land for over 1500 years has nothing to do with my recommendation - well, not too much.

Just returned from a short trip to West Ireland.

Loved Dingle peninsula with views of the Blasket Islands.

Alpine Guest House in Dingle very nice.

Welcome to the Alpine Guest Dingle County Kerry Ireland

Blue Note Pizza had good pizza and spectacular salads with California influence.

Further North Doolin and the Aran Islands.
