Hi,

Yesterday I bought a fantastic Leica Q.

I come from a very good Fuji X-T1 system and I find some Leica Q behavior not so mature.

E.g.:

why the stabilization system, when is setted On, is always active? Why there isn't the option to choose if activate only when focus bottom is pressed?

Why you cannot customize the FNs bottons with more functionalities?

I love this camera!

A lot of functions are active as soon as the camera is switched on, the number of functions depend of your menu settings.

Metering is always on (whatever the manual says), sensors monitor if you happen to obscure the left side of the eye-piece with your thumb, suddenly turns the LCD off (position the sensor to the right side of the viewer pls !! ) a timer checks if the camera has to be put to sleep mode etc..

All these functions empty your battery sooner than expected.

Read the Q-test in a French magazine : 500 pictures on one battery load
